It has been more than a month now since my Entrecard account disappeared in thin air. A lot of my blogger friends are looking for my EC box and I really do not know what to say.
I've encountered my first EC problem a week before flying to the Philippines. I've sent an email to customer support at once and when noticing that there hasn't been any reply from them a week later, I've decided to send another one. A month has already passed and yet, noone from EC's support group has replied to my email. I've sent another one minutes ago hoping that they'll give attention to it this time.I've tried logging in to my EC account but it keeps on telling me that the email and the password don't match which is so unusual because I've been logging in to my EC account using the same email and password everyday for months now. But anyway, I've thought of having my password reset. However, I've received this message from EC:
Now, I'm totally lost. Since my email seems not to exist on EC, I've signed up once again. However, after filling up the necessary details, I've received this message:
Ooopss... now what? I really do not know anymore what to do. I hope that a miracle's on its way. Come on EC! Answer my emails!
