Since spring has sprung, acne and pimples on my forehead begin sprouting. I am not surprised though. It has always been the case every spring season. I’ve made myself believe that I’ll be fine and that it’s not that big of a deal until a couple of days ago, I’ve noticed some of them bleeding. It’s painful, so irritating! Although Garnier Pure A Daily Treatment Moisturizer helps in drying these unwanted forehead aliens, it’s not powerful enough during this time of the year. Sigh.
Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy and searched through different skin toners. I was hopping between two brands and later on, decided on paying for a 200mL bottle of Neutrogena Visibly Clear Toner. It said on the label “blackhead eliminating” but since it contained salicylic acid, fingers crossed, it might alleviate some acne symptoms.
I tried the product. It stung a bit but afterwards, I felt refreshed. I then applied a thin coat of Garnier Pure A to cover those inflamed bumps. I was kinda hoping that these two would be working hand in hand to fight those acnes away and the combo did work! I woke up this morning with a huge relief. I noticed that the acnes were visibly smaller and there were no additional breakouts… less pain and less irritation for me! Yipee!
Will my Nutrogena Toner-Garnier Pure A fusion aid in totally eliminating my forehead dilemma? In the course of time, I hope so! We’ll see!
