I love to cook and bake and I'll be lying if I'll be telling you that I do not like to eat. Even if "experts" say that eating isn't considered as a hobby, in my own little world where I have my own rules --- eating for me is A hobby and eating is MY hobby.
It was around 4 in the morning a day ago when I woke up in the middle of my sleep with a growling stomach. My instinct commanded me to forget about my hunger. I tossed and turned, forced my eyes to remain closed --- minutes had passed by and I was still wide awake! The only solution was to give in to my tummy's desire. I went to the kitchen, opened the fridge and was so glad to find the chocolate cake topped with soft and creamy leche flan which I baked a day earlier.
This cake is so yummylicious! I have baked it to perfection to please my tastebuds.

hello Skippy Heart! it was my first time to bake one like that. the first one I baked was just the plain custard cake (yung spongecake instead of choc cake sa bottom). however, i wanted to be more creative kaya I tried it with a choc cake. it's yummy... for sure!
