Dresses: Stunning Stripes in Black and White

Stripes: you either love it or hate it.  I love it.  For as long as the colors blend well and the design is clean, it’s a thumbs up for me.

Here are three striped dresses on the Stylish Girl iPhone app that I find stunning.  If you haven’t installed the app yet, go get it.  It’s a great fashion app for people who want to get updated all the time but are always on the move.  Fill your wish bag, update your closet, create your outfits, shop online and more!  If by chance window shopping is your cup of tea, then you’ll definitely like it.  Have I mentioned it’s free?
Anyway, back to the stunning stripes… here they are!

There is nothing complicated about this dress and yet, it perfectly mirrors elegance.  The square neck and the light pleated details of the skirt go well with the style while the red bow belt adds a little touch of luxury.  Its overall look is visually pleasing to my fashion taste.

stripes3Coast Masquerade A-Line Dress, Monochrome by John Lewis
As the saying goes “Less is beautiful”.  This John Lewis creation is simple yet classy.  I like how the uppermost black stripe is curved a little to create a better definition of the tube top.  The A-line skirt is just perfect!  The skinny waist belt captures a sexier look.

Definitely, this is my favorite among these three.  I always like Peter Pan collars [which I usually refer to as baby collars] on dresses as they somehow make me look years younger --- well, at least I think so.  The cropped overlay is impressive, lovely and blends well with its pleated skirt.

    This is a very pretty trend....very classic...kaya lang unforgivng sa mga malalaki at wide at the upper body and hips...lalo silang lalaki tingnang....but I'm sure you can pull this off coz you're slim.
