Moisturized Feeling All Day Long With E45 Cream
Whenever I get the chance, I grab a copy of Elle or Glamour magazines. I mean, I love my monthly subscription of Cosmopolitan but because it’s in Swedish, there are moments when I want to read fashion and shopping mags in English.
So anyway, it was in a page of either Elle or Glamour where I learned about this E45 skin care brand. The ad wasn’t something fancy. It was so simple making it somehow uninteresting [sorry]. There were no catchy phrases, no famous celebrities promoting it and yet, I was drawn to the product.
I looked for E45 in stores here in Sweden. Sadly, the search wasn’t a success. Luckily, during our one week stay in the UK [August 2011], I was able to purchase the E45 cream. I bought it on our way back to Sweden at Boots inside the Heathrow Airport. I can’t remember how much it was exactly. £3.50 maybe for the 125g jar. Well priced!
E45 cream is a dermatologically tested formula and is suited for people of all ages. The preparation is thick but it’s definitely non-greasy. Once it’s applied to the skin, it gets easily absorbed leaving no sticky after-feel. It effectively soothes dry and chapped skin resulting to a softer feeling.
The very warm environment in our culinary school kitchen makes my skin so dry and dull. It’s a good thing that I have a jar of E45 cream to keep my skin [especially my hands] moisturized after the long hours spent inside the kitchen. One of the many rules we’re always reminded of in school is, “No flaky skin when creating dishes. Lotion is a best friend!” --- well obviously, it’s very unhygienic to handle food with gross hands. Ewww!
By the way, E45 cream is also perfect for dry and cracked heels.
Anyhoo, if you’re interested to know, E45 cream is available in 50g, 125g, 350g and 500 g jars.
E45 has a wide range of products from lotions, to skin creams, bath oils, shower creams, body wash, shampoo, foot and heel cream, lip care, nappy creams and many more!
