Soon… A Home Sweet Home for My Family
It has been my long dream to buy my family back home a new place to live which they can call their own. Due to so much backlogs, that dream will not come true in another two or three years. There’s no rush yet which is actually good in so many ways. I can take things slowly, save some money and plan better. No panic, no stress.
With the help of the internet, searching for a house to match my family’s needs has become easier. I am considering the idea of finding a three-bedroom house with a nice kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room and one bathroom or two. A balcony is not a must but will always be a plus.
On the photo below: A spacious living room in one of St Louis homes for sale --- a sight for sore eyes and a breath of fresh air! I am pretty sure that there’s a townhouse for sale in the Philippines with a family room as neat as this one. I wonder how much that will cost me. I better start contacting a few people to start getting some ideas. If my budget can’t afford a huge place such as this one, I’ll settle for something smaller for as long as it’s located in a gated community.

I will be flying home sometime next year [if not, in 2014 for sure] with Bebe. I am looking forward to spend a day or two for some open house tours to feed my curiosity. The excitement about getting a new home for my family is so overwhelming! Soon… yeah, one day soon!
