Fitness: Working Out Again

cross trainerSpending most of my time in the kitchen, I am expecting to gain a lot of weight.  I am one of those who have difficulties putting on some extra pound and for that, I am so thankful.  However lately, I’ve noticed that my muscles need to get toned and fit.  I’ve started working out again with the help of my elliptical trainer.  I am planning on doing this at least 30 minutes a day.  Fingers crossed.  I’ll be able to really commit to this one.
