And The Real Estate Hunt For My Family Continues

by - Friday, June 29, 2012

A friend of a friend turns out to be a real estate agent with loads of interesting and good house and lot and condo units on hand.  As prices vary depending on the location, floor size, lot area and architectural style, I have been spending a generous amount of hours each day searching through photos of model units online, checking out the different payment schemes, balancing each pros and cons and well… cracking my brains out. *wink*

Has the idea of purchasing a new home crossed your mind lately?  If yes, then you are with me if I say that the whole process is absolutely stressful, confusing and tedious.  It sometimes makes me wonder.  If only I have all the money I need to get a luxury home for my family, without thinking twice, I’ll buy one that looks like this:

Isn’t she a beauty?  I tell you what.  If you want it [you know you do!], find yourself a reliable
Kansas City real estate [http://www.remax-midstates.com/kansascity-mo-real-estate.aspx] agent to help you with all the details you need.  This property is enchanting!
… back to reality …  Since my budget is tight, I’ve told my real estate agent to hunt for a home in my behalf with a decent floor and lot area, an affordable price tag and a reasonable payment outline.  From time to time, he’ll be e-mailing me the updates along with a number of photos to make decision making easier, hopefully.  I can hardly wait to find that “one” my family deserves!

How about you?  When looking for a new home, do you easily jump to conclusions or do you take time to compare every necessary details first?
Happy house hunting everyone!
