Celebrity Photos: Before and After Their Dental Makeovers

by - Friday, January 04, 2013

I have always been envious with celebrities showing with much confidence their gorgeous smiles.  During my younger years, I always thought that they were born with a perfect set of dazzling, shiny straight teeth.  Then came reality.  Many have to undergo a series of teeth makeover to achieve their dream-come-true flawless smiles.  And No.  They are not ashamed about getting dental treatments from professionals.  Why should they?  If you can afford it, then get it.  No guts… Not glory!

With lots of before and after photos scattered all over the internet, these celebrities are true examples of what a difference a confident smile can do to a person.

If you’re wondering, dental care and latest treatments include the following:

Braces
Bridges
Crowns
Dental Cleaning
Extractions
Fillings
Implants
Invisalign
Night Guards
Root Canal
Whitening

… for a complete list of dental procedures, feel free to check genesisdental.net.  By the way, dental cleaning, extractions, fillings, dental implants and root canal --- been there, done that.

Anyway, to show you a few before and after celebrity teeth photos, let’s start with the famous British singer-songwriter, Tulisa Contostavlos:
On spot number two is Victoria Caroline Beckham, an English businesswoman, fashion designer and singer.  She’s Posh Spice of Spice Girls and wife to the popular English footballer, David Beckham.
Third and last on the list for now is ta-dah… the ever beautiful Underworld heroine, Kate Beckinsale.

Truth be told, with or without undergoing dental reconstruction, Tulisa, Victoria and Kate were without a doubt born gorgeous even without their perfect set of teeth.  That being said, they still choose to undergo cosmetic dental treatment to help them even boost their confidence.

As mentioned earlier, I for one have tried a number of dental treatments.  Dental fillings and refillings whenever necessary, molar extractions and a root canal procedure.  I have also undergone dental implant [surgery] once. Although it was quite a long process [three surgery visits if I remember it right], it wasn’t that painful and with the aid of insurance, I was able to get a huge discount for the entire process.  Of course, I follow the twice a year dental cleaning and oral hygiene schedule with my hygienist.

How about you?  How often do you visit your dentist?  What dental procedures did you have to undergo so far?  How was each experience?
